Reports ToF&B Supervisor reports to Assistant F&B Manager.Job OverviewOversee daily or nightly shift(s), provide leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.Responsibilities and DutiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of overnight F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff.Ensure all food and beverage outlets operate efficiently and in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.Increasing year over year salesExecuting all Food and Beverage promotionsMonitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints.Assist with inventory control, ordering, and receiving of supplies.Conduct nightly audits of sales, cash handling, and shift reports.Train, coach,



and mentor team members to uphold service standards and company policies.Collaborate with security and other departments to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.Maintain cleanliness and organization of all F&B areas during and after service.Prepare shift reports and communicate key information to day-shift management.Education and Experience1-2 years' experience as Supervisor or Manager in multiple outlet experience or bar experienceExperience in back of the house and front of the houseBasic food safety requiredCasino Or Resort Experience PreferredMandatory Valid AGLC Preserve CertificationSkills And AbilitiesAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
