Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Assortment Planning, the Senior Consultant, Enterprise Assortment Planning will support all banners at Canadian Tire Corporation by providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive assortment strategy. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on category strategies and guardrails.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Insights & Recommendations: Providing strategic insights and recommendations based on customer and business performance data. Working with the banner planning functions and merchants.Framework Support: Assisting in refreshing the role and intent category management framework.Category Guardrails: Supporting the definition and validation of category guardrails (dimension, direction & ranges) based on research & insights from the Customer Strategy team.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with each functional team to quantify and refine category guardrails; ensuring cross-functional expertise is considered to address customer needs, validate assumptions, and align enterprise goals.Monthly Meeting Preparation:
