You will work with hospitals and clinics throughout Manitoba to ensure equipment reliability, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.This is a field-based position with a service territory covering primarily Manitoba.Reporting to the appropriate Team Lead, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, calibration, and installation of medical diagnostic imaging systems. Strong mechanical skills are important in this role to support mechanical installations and field service activities.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, calibrate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment in hospitals and clinics; Support mechanical installations and equipment commissioning in the field; Perform preventive maintenance and respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls; Complete service documentation, test reports,



and related records accurately and within required timelines; Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to deliver a high level of service; Manage assignedprojects and service activities efficiently and professionally; Follow ChristieInnomed policies, procedures, and service standards; Participate in an on-call rotation to support customers outside of regular business hours.Job RequirementsQualifications and ExperienceCollege diploma in Electronics, Electronic Engineering Technology, Biomedical Technology, Biomedical Engineering Technology, or a related field; Previous field service or diagnostic imaging experience is an asset but not required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; Strong mechanical skills and abilities to support mechanical installations and equipment commissioning in the field; Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office; Exposure to diagnostic imaging modalities such as X-ray, fluoroscopy, mammography, ultrasound, MRI, or nuclear medicine is an asset; Knowledge of PACS, RIS, and DICOM systems is an asset; Ability to maintain accurate service records and documentation; Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Additional RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong customerservice orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to learn quickly and work independently; Excellent organizational skills and robust attention to detail;
