If you don't have that yet but you're hungry to learn, work hard and pay close attention to detail, we still want to hear from you. RCICs and experienced professionals are welcome.What you'll doPrepare forms and organize documents for work permits, study permits, visitor records, Express Entry, MPNP and sponsorship filesCheck files for missing documents, errors and inconsistencies before submissionFollow up with clients to collect documents and keep files movingKeep client records organized and deadlines trackedWork directly with our RCIC on case strategyWho we're looking forPreferred:



hands-on experience preparing IRCC applications (work permits, study permits, Express Entry, MPNP, sponsorship)No immigration experience yet? Legal assistant, paralegal or detailed admin experience, or immigration or paralegal studies, plus a strong drive to learnRCICs and all experience levels welcomeVery detail-oriented.
