As the first point of contact for the office, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, polished and professional experience for clients, visitors and employees.What You'll Do:Welcome clients, visitors and guests and provide a consistently polished and professional experienceAnswer and direct incoming calls and respond to general inquiriesCoordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared and presentation-readyMaintain the reception area and shared office spaces to a high standardCoordinate catering,
