EMCON SERVICES INC., a progressive Road & Bridge Maintenance Contractor in BC, Alberta and Ontario, is looking for a confident Trade Journeyman Mechanic (Heavy Duty or Commercial Transport) or Apprentice Mechanic. The role includes wages and a benefit package as per the AUPE Collective Agreement. This position is part of a team that maintains an equipment fleet of graders, loaders, sweepers, trucks and winter maintenance attachments. Knowledge and experience in Preventative Maintenance Programs would be an asset.QualificationsValid AB Driver's License, Minimum Class 3 License with air brake endorsement (considered an asset)Trade Journeyman in Heavy Duty MechanicCVIP inspection MechanicSafety conscious, ability to work in a safety‐driven environmentIndustry tools (hand tools)Physically fit and capable of performing job requirements
