The hourly compensation rate is negotiable. Must be Bilingual. The Bookkeeper may be responsible for but is not limited to:Full cycle bookkeepingProcessing financial transactions for accounts payable, receivablePreparation of bank reconciliationsJournal entriesPreparation of month-end filesInvestigating and resolving irregularities or inquire.Processing Payroll3+ years of full cycle bookkeeping experienceBusiness Administration - Accounting diploma from recognized community college or university degree with concentration in accountingExperience with accounting software systems Payroll experience or training an assetKeen attention to detailData entry with high level of accuracyAbility to prioritize and manage competing prioritiesStrong oral and written communication skills** Please include any certifications, industry knowledge and experience as well as any technologies/modules that you have worked with.
