Jim Pattison Lexus Northshore is looking for an experienced and motivated Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician to join our growing Service Department.As a Lexus Technician, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of Lexus vehicles while using advanced technology, diagnostic systems, and manufacturer-specific repair procedures. You'll be part of a skilled and supportive team that takes pride in quality workmanship, keeping vehicles safe and reliable, and delivering the exceptional level of service our customers expect from the Lexus brand.Pay Range: $38.00 to $44.00 hourly flat rate depending on certification and level of experience.A Day in the LifeDiagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standardsPerform thorough vehicle inspections with accurate documentation and measurementsIdentify mechanical and electrical issues, recommend solutions, and communicate findings clearly to Service teamPartner with Service Advisors to provide updates on repair timelines or recommend additional safety workConduct road tests and pre-delivery inspections on new inventory to ensure every vehicle leaving the shop is in top conditionCoordinate with the Parts Department to source what you need and manage warranty labelingAssist fellow technicians when needed to maintain overall shop productivityMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all timesFollow all company policies, procedures,
