This is a full-time position at our facility in Campbell Heights, Surrey BC.Shift will be 6:00AM to 2:30PM Monday to FridayJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare and setup machines and tooling for woodwork manufacturingOperate woodworking machines including saws, milling and sanding machines safely and efficientlyEnsure that products meet project specifications,



making adjustments as necessary Perform general labour tasks, including clean-up duties and materials handlingRead and interpret basic drawings or production instructionsAssemble products according to specificationsMaintain company's quality, safety, and productivity standardsLift and move materials up to 50 lbs (23kg) as requiredMaintain a clean, protected and organized work areaPerform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managementQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalentPost secondary training or apprenticeship hours in carpentry3-5 years of experience in woodworkingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds (23kg)Positive attitude and team-first mindsetAbility to follow instructions, stay focused, and work under pressureDetail-oriented with basic math and problem-solving skillsGood verbal communications skillsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Competitive wagesComprehensive Health & Dental BenefitsFree on-site parkingSupportive team environment and growth opportunities.
