You'll be responsible for growing our market presence by developing new business while strengthening relationships with existing customers. Representing Formations' portfolio of distribution and manufactured products, you'll provide tailored solutions, earn customer trust, and drive long-term growth throughout your territory.Reports to : Branch Manager, LangleyBranch Location: Langley BCTerritory : Interior British ColumbiaWhat You'll Be Doing:Own and grow an assigned territory by driving profitable sales growth and expanding market shareDevelop and execute a territory business plan, including prospecting strategies, account priorities, sales targets, and activity plansSpend approximately 70% of your time in the field meeting with existing customers and identifying new business opportunitiesProspect and convert current customers through cold calls, referrals, networking, job site visits, and industry eventsBuild trusted relationships with millworkers, cabinet manufacturers, designers, fabricators, and other key industry partnersIdentify customer needs and recommend Formations' distribution and manufactured product solutionsPrepare quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines,
