ResponsibilitiesRespond to service calls regarding tenant requests.Carry out various carpentry tasks in buildings.Perform any other related tasks.Skilled RequirementsHigh School Diploma (DES - Secondary 5)Hold a recognized journeyman carpenter license from the CCQ (Quebec Construction Commission) or RBQ (Quebec Building Board)Five (5) years of experience as a general maintenance carpenter.Technical RequirementsValid Class 5 driver's license and own a car at the time of hiringKnowledge of spoken and written FrenchKnowledge of English - an assetNon-Technical RequirementsGood knowledge of techniques and practices used in the trade.Ability to work and perform tasks according to trade rules, established procedures, and independently.Ability to assess and manage job risks and take safety precautions.
