This role is primarily focused on providing excellent service to an established book of business, with the opportunity to earn additional commission by bringing new business to the brokerage.You'll have the independence to manage your accounts while working alongside a team that values communication, client relationships, and getting the job done right.What You'll Be DoingAs a Broker on our team, you'll take ownership of the client experience throughout the insurance lifecycle. Your day-to-day work will include:Looking after an established book of Commercial and Personal Lines businessHandling accounts from the initial quote through policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, remarketing, and cancellationsResponding promptly to questions and requests from clients, insurance carriers, and colleaguesReviewing client and risk information to identify exposures, confirm accuracy, and ensure appropriate coverage is in placeProviding clients with knowledgeable insurance guidance and recommendationsCommunicating with insurance companies on behalf of clients and helping resolve coverage or service issuesReviewing accounts for opportunities to enhance coverage and identify additional insurance needsGenerating recent business opportunities, with commission available for successful new business salesReporting new claims to the appropriate insurance carrier and assisting clients with the next stepsStaying on top of outstanding account items and following through until issues are resolvedBuilding robust relationships with clients, markets,
