Agilus is recruiting for a Fleet Manager to join a dynamic and purpose-driven organization supporting essential transportation services across British Columbia. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily fleet operations, managing maintenance schedules, tracking vehicle documentation, and serving as the key point of contact for fleet users. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring vehicles remain secure, compliant, and operational.Total rewards: $30.00 - $32.00 hourly, Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay. Ability to get your foot in the door with one of BC's top employers. 3 month contract to start with possibility of extension. Monday to Friday position with full time hours. Collaborative and team-oriented work environment.A typical day:Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignments, scheduling, and replacement vehiclesManage fleet maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely servicing and complianceAct as the primary point of contact for staff regarding vehicle issues, incidents,



and fleet-related inquiriesMaintain accurate fleet records, including insurance, registrations, inspections, and maintenance documentationMonitor fleet performance and ensure vehicle information remains current within fleet management systemsLiaise with vendors, repair facilities, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficientlySupport incident reporting processes and coordinate follow-up activities as requiredAssist with administrative reporting, record management, and continuous improvement of fleet operationsSuccessful candidates will have:Experience coordinating fleet operations, transportation services, logistics, facilities, or related functionsHands‐on experience using fleet management systems such as Holman, Fleetio, or similar softwareStrong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and WordExcellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentationAbility to troubleshoot issues, coordinate solutions, and respond to changing operational requirementsValid Class 5 Driver's Licence requiredThis posting is for an active opening.
