We're looking for a skilled and motivated Red Seal Electrician to join our growing Installation Team. In this role, you'll support commercial LED projects from concept through completion, working hands-on across design, permitting, construction, and commissioning.This is a great opportunity for a professional electrician with experience in LED retrofits or new construction who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and growth opportunities. You'll gain exposure to all areas of the business, with clear opportunities to advance into more senior roles.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair electrical production equipment with urgencyRead and interpret drawings, schematics, and electrical code requirementsInstall wiring, cables, and electrical components using power toolsTest, troubleshoot, and commission electrical systemsDocument maintenance activities and electrical changes per ESA standardsGuide and support apprentices and other electriciansObtain permits, tools, materials,
