Support healthcare professionals in their onboarding journey and help them succeed from day one.In your role as an Onboarding Expert, you will ensure new users have exceptional onboarding experiences while using the Clipboard app. This remote position focuses on making outbound calls, conducting onboarding consultations, and providing essential follow-up support to users. You'll work closely with recent healthcare professionals to understand their needs and guide them effectively.Key Responsibilities:Make approximately 60 outbound calls each dayHost daily 15-minute onboarding consultationsFollow up with users to answer their questionsManage inbound messages and answer support ticketsKeep accurate documentation of all communicationsRequirements:Proficient in English for clear communicationStrong interpersonal skills and a love for helping othersOrganized with an ability to follow through on tasksAbility to recognize and act on user pain pointsAvailable to work during US Eastern Time weekdaysContribute to empowering healthcare professionals by providing outstanding onboarding experiences as an Onboarding Expert.
