Your expertise and knowledge will contribute to the growth and success of our organization as we strive to maintain high standards of quality and safety in aircraft manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesWeld and fabricate parts in accordance with MIL-W-1595, Customer Specifications, and/or PPS 37.03 and PPS 37.04Silver Braze to Customer Specifications and/or PPS 37.07Create fixtures for assembliesPlan all weld operations, in process inspections and any other operations requiring welding operations on time and on budgetMeet all quality standards and proceduresMaintaining a clean work area, and alerting their supervisor of any safety concernsAny other duties assignedQualificationsCanadian provincial Welder Level (B) certificate, ITAC or inter-provincial (B) welder equivalent, or equivalent ticket from another country as approved by the Training and Apprenticeship Committee, is considered an assetAble to assist in training, directing and supervising Junior employeesAble to work safely and efficiently with a minimum of supervision
