This is an entry-level opportunity well suited to a recent graduate with a science or life sciences background who is interested in gaining broad, hands‐on experience in the biotechnology industry.The role combines customer and order coordination with laboratory production work. The successful candidate will be organized, detail‐oriented, comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams, and willing to learn both the customer operations and laboratory production sides of a biotech business.New graduates are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Operations SupportSupport customer, distributor, and partner communications regarding GenomeMe products, orders, and servicesProcess customer orders accurately and coordinate with production and operations teams to support timely fulfillment and shipmentRespond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate records of customer communications, sales orders, and related documentationCoordinate with internal teams to resolve order, delivery, or customer service issuesSupport the Business Development Manager with sales, marketing, and customer‐related activities as neededAssist with administrative and operational tasks supporting customer service, sales, and order fulfillment.Laboratory & Production SupportPerform routine laboratory production activities related to the manufacture of GenomeMe's GeneAb IHC antibodiesFollow established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
