Therefore, you have to be able to maintain a required level of fitness as outlined in the Canadian Railway Medical Rules Handbook.While interacting daily with passengers, co-workers, external suppliers and management,



all activities are to be performed in accordance with all rules and regulations as prescribed by legislation and ALSTOM Health & Safety policies as well as local regulations of the host railways over which the train is being operated.You'll specifically take care ofAssisting and informing passengers with boarding and disembarkingAttending to, resolving and escalating customer service issuesInterfacing regularly with host railway's rail traffic control centersRelaying information to the maintenance staff on defectsCompiling customer service reportsWe'll look to you for/Your missionEfficiency and optimal Service QualityAssuring the best riding experience to your passengersContributing to the implementation of evacuation plan(s) in the event of an emergencyAll About YouWe value passion and attitude as much as experience.
