This role exists to advance and sustain the Town's utility systems through capital planning, project execution, and regulatory alignment, enabling essential municipal services that enhance quality of life. The position leads project management activities, collaborates with internal teams, contractors, regulators, and interest holders, and ensures projects are delivered efficiently, responsibly, and in alignment with long-term infrastructure goals.
