The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean, effective code, building secure and high-performing applications, and mentoring other developers. You will play a key role in designing software architecture, developing new features, and improving the overall performance and reliability of the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop,



and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django across both backend services and Django-rendered frontend views/templates.Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.Build and maintain frontend UI using Django templates, forms, and static assets, ensuring a polished user experience.Build reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.Design and optimize relational databases and write efficient database queries.Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features spanning both frontend and backend.Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Write and maintain automated tests.Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).5+ years of professional Python development experience.3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications with Django.Strong understanding of the Django framework,
