This role is ideal for a hands‐on leader who can supervise small‐to‐medium crews, coordinate closely with Project Managers, and maintain safe, efficient, high‐quality installations in quick‐paced commercial environments. The ideal candidate should have 3 years' experience as Chargehand, and FSR‐B credential is considered an asset or ability and desire to work towards this goal in the future.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a crew of electricians on TI projectsPlan daily/weekly work activities to meet project schedules and milestonesCoordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other tradesInterpret drawings, specifications, and site instructions accuratelyEnsure compliance with company safety standards, site‐specific safety requirements, and the Canadian Electrical CodeManage material requirements, site logistics, and productivityConduct site safety meetings and enforce company safety policiesTrack progress, document site conditions, and report updates to managementMaintain a clean, organized,



and professional job siteQualificationsRed Seal Journey Electrician (or provincial equivalent)Proven experience as a Chargehand on commercial projectsStrong knowledge of construction environments (tight access, active buildings, coordination challenges)Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications.Experience with Fire Alarms is an asset.Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skillsSolid understanding of scheduling, productivity, and cost awarenessCommitment to safety and quality workmanshipFSR qualification preferredClass 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstractThe pay is $57.64 per hour. The compensation for this position is as per the collective agreement.
