This is a hands-on leadership role—you will be directly responsible for stabilizing operations, ensuring compliance, managing staff, and helping us grow into additional markets. If you do not have direct experience with DRC or IDS/DDS systems, this is not the right role.What You'll Be DoingOversee all DD and mental health services (residential, day programs, clinic)Ensure full compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and documentation standardsSupervise QDDPs, case managers, residential managers, DSPs, and clinical staffMonitor documentation and billing to ensure accuracy and reimbursement integrityLead team meetings, audits, and operational reviewsWork with HR and Finance on staffing,
