This versatile role will involve working directly with a number of our staff and clients. We are looking for an individual who is committed to a career in taxation and has the desire to take a lead role in managing tax engagements and contributing both to the growth of the firm and our clients.Our tax practice offers the opportunity to work in a range of tax and succession planning areas including estate & trust compliance, personal and corporate tax planning, purchase and sale of private businesses, estate planning, and cross border investment and compliance. We are interested in meeting candidates with experience in any of these areas.Your primary responsibilities will include:Prepare and review (where applicable) US corporate and partnership tax returns, etc.Verify tax assessmentsPerform technical research and documenting tax plan recommendationsCorrespond with US clients, other advisors and tax authoritiesCoordinate and manage client accountsAssist managers and partners with tax initiatives, including but not limited to developing and implementing tax planning strategies for clientsUnderstand, analyze and research tax queries for clients, Partners, Senior Managers,



and ManagersCollaborate with and support team members in providing exceptional client serviceProvide leadership and direction to junior team members to ensure completion of filings by designated deadlines; andOther duties as assignedA successful candidate will have:US CPA or Enrolled Agent.
