Are you ready to take on this new rewarding challenge and experience the feeling of giving someone the keys to their new home?Your contributions to the team include:Responsible for maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction through excellent customer service and communicationManage all day‐to‐day administrative functions in the site office and as directed by Area ManagerResponsible to be the first call for responding to emergency situationsWork with the Leasing team to ensure that vacancies goals are met including showing available suites and administering leasing applicationsResponsible for all move‐in and move‐out scheduling, coordination, and inspectionsConducting pre and post move out walk through with tenants and communicate any costs associated with needed repairsConduct by‐annually suite inspectionsRegularly inspects grounds, interior hallways, and all common hallways and makes recommendations for physical repairs and/or replacement and creates work orders as neededOversees and schedules resources appropriately to ensure suites are clean, repaired, and ready for new tenants with minimal downtimeManage site office schedule requirements to accommodate walk‐in traffic, after‐hours showing, payments, and other tenant relations issuesManage rent collections and service reminders and 14‐day Notices to residents who are late in making rental payments as per the Broadstreet collection policyConfirms that all vacant units/areas are ready to leaseIn winter, the Site Manager will be responsible for supervising the snow removal process,
having cars moved so the lot can be thoroughly cleanedBe an active participant in meetings and offer recommendations /ideas on operations and processesSite Manager will follow and uphold all Broadstreet Properties' policies and procedures as outlined in the Operations Manual, Employee Handbook and as directed by the Area ManagerWhat you need to be successful:Minimum 3 years of experience in a management roleHigh degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptabilityComputer literacy, including effective working skills in MS Word, Excel, and e-mailHigh degree of professionalism/DiplomacyA valid driver's licenseWhat we offer:Employees enjoy a wide range of benefits and competitive reward.
