The Technical Services Coordinator will provide on-site direction and coordination for technical and operational field programs, including the collection of information to support technical and economic studies, detailed engineering, and environmental assessment processes. The Technical Services Coordinator will oversee contractors involved in testing, construction, and installation activities and support the Technical Services team with the interpretation, understanding, and modelling of subsurface aspects related to an ISR operation. This position will report to the Technical Services Manager.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and coordinate on-site activities associated with various development programsAssist in interpreting the geological, geophysical, geochemical, hydrogeological and metallurgical data collected for the projectCreate and ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures for all on site activities amongst project staffAssist in the interpretation and modelling of the geological and hydrogeological results for the Phoenix depositCoordinate the on-site work of external groups including consultants and contractorsSupport the collection of Project environmental baseline data on an as needed basisAct as direct supervisor for site employees as required.Complete studies and collect data required to support the planning and development of on-site infrastructurePrepare written progress reports as requiredRequirementsYou have strong technical skills and experience across the mining life cycle, with direct experience in exploration and development and knowledge of drilling operations. You are a well-rounded, organized professional with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.



You are a critical thinker who can evaluate and resolve complex problems. In addition, you have:BSc. degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, Mine Engineering or equivalent from a recognized post-secondary institution3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in mining, with experience in Athabasca Basin uranium exploration, development, or mining operations considered an asset.Previous experience in solution mining, and hydrogeological experience, are considered assetsSkilled in relevant 3D modelling software (Leapfrog, GEMS, Surpac, Vulcan)Solid concepts and geological understanding of unconformity related uranium depositsA commitment to Health and Safety in the workplaceProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to interact successfully with all levels of staff, contractors, and vendorsBenefitsAll applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.
