Biweekly) ( Driving & Vehicle Required)Work Location: Beaumont, ABWhat You'll Do:Providing quality care and professional direct client support in a manner which reflects the values of the Excel Society and honours the "Client's Rights" statement.Contributing to assessing client(s)' service needs and/or accompanying client(s)' to available relevant assessment services.Utilizing appropriate data collection methods to collect information regarding behaviours of concern or to teach current skills.Ensuring that health and medical needs of the clients are met.Assisting clients with their financial support needs.Implementing all aspects of daily living skill ensuring client(s)' needs are met as designated.Being a supporting, positive, and professional team member.Contributing as a part of the team to the development of an Individual Support Plan, Essential Lifestyle Plan, or Person Centered Plan (as appropriate)
