We are currently looking to fill a Inside Sales/Warehouse Material Handler position at our branch in Edmonton. This is a unique dual-role where the individual will work in both the sales and operations sides of the business. This position will play a key role on the sales desk selling building materials to our clients including general contractors, home builders, and drywall, insulation and roofing contractors and will also be expected to operate a forklift and work in the yard/warehouse in all weather conditions to load and unload building materials.INSIDE SALES (approx 70%)Greet customers, answer phone, respond to emails on the sales deskProvide assistance to customers through quoting and ordering processProduce packing slips for pick-up, delivered, or direct transactionsAdvise customers on use and care of merchandiseMaintain customer filesExecute the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
