The ideal candidate will have experience working onsnowmobiles, motorcycles, ATVs, side‐by‐sides/UTVs, and other powersports and recreational equipment.If you enjoy working on recreational vehicles, take pride in quality workmanship, and are looking to build your career with an established automotive and motorsports group, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoAs a Recreation Technician, you will be responsible for:Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and performance concerns on recreational vehicles and equipmentPerforming maintenance, repairs, and inspections on snowmobiles, motorcycles, ATVs, side‐by‐sides, and other powersports equipmentCompleting engine, drivetrain, suspension, brake, steering, and electrical repairsPerforming scheduled maintenance and manufacturer‐recommended servicesInstalling accessories and performing equipment upgrades or modifications as requiredUsing diagnostic equipment and service information to accurately identify and resolve concernsCompleting repair orders and documenting work performed accuratelyIdentifying additional maintenance or repair requirements and communicating findings to the Service teamMaintaining a clean, organized,



and safe work areaFollowing manufacturer specifications and dealership safety proceduresEnsuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard of qualityWhat We're Looking ForPrevious professional experience as aPowersports Technician, Motorcycle Technician, Recreation Technician, Small Engine Mechanic, or similar roleHands‐on experience servicing and repairingsnowmobiles, motorcycles, ATVs and side‐by‐sidesStrong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilitiesAbility to troubleshoot and complete repairs independentlyExperience using diagnostic tools and manufacturer service informationStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipGood organizational and time‐management skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamValid driver's licenceRelevant technical training, apprenticeship, or certification is considered an assetWhy Join Bannister GP Motorsports?At Bannister, we believe that great people are the foundation of a great workplace.
