multiple owners etc.)Understanding and interpreting complex statements; able to consolidate statementsCalculating and understanding more complex ratios and what they mean in relation to creditBeing proficient in required security documentationUnderstanding standard conditions for simple and more complex applicationsCompleting complex credit reviews and renewal with minimal supervision and be able to complete short form reviews, ensuring compliance with all credit policies and practices using: account status and repayment history, financial statement review, security review, debt service analysis and risk ratingsEnsuring all documentation is completed and accurateCompleting new credit application for existing members and be able to provide recommendationCompleting the entire application for simple credits and most of the application, with little to no supervision required on more complex credit and new member requestsAssisting members with loan and deposit inquiriesCommunicating information accurately to members and team membersPreparing commercial loan renewalsEnsuring a high level of member satisfaction by assisting with inquiries, following up as necessary,



and understanding the member's finances to recommend the most valuable products and servicesDifferentiating between credit union and competitor products and serviceParticipating in the development and support achievement of sales targets and marketing plansWhat you bring:1-2 years of banking experience as a Financial Advisor or Credit AnalystKnowledge of reading financial statementsMinimum Grade 12 with combination of education and practical experienceDiploma in Business Administration or Management with courses in legal terminology or business law an assetMost importantly, we are looking for candidates with analytical skills that pride themselves on attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
