This position will be based out of our Manufacturing Facility (located at 2365 192 Street Surrey, BC).With safety as the primary focus, operate a large footprint double folder and other associated accessories such as loaders, slitter, and decoilerWork with programmer to set up tooling and work offsets to help modify and standardize program parameters as requiredDiagnose process issues and communicate clearly with programming and maintenance teamsContribute to continuous improvement, documentation, and operator trainingPreform basic quality inspections of raw and finished materials throughout the operational checkpointsWork with project teams to produce a quality product that everyone can be proud ofAssist in creating samples and feasibility studies on products and process of the operation around the brake pressAdjust tooling, and reset equipment for product change oversTally daily totals and provide reportsSupport continuous improvement initiatives3+ years of experience as a primary operator of CNC press brakes and accessories along with knowledge of custom flashings, panels, and sequencingSheet Metal Worker or Metal Fabrication trade trainingStrong understanding of folding systems and related material handling equipmentStrong understanding of sheet metal and finish types for process requirementsAbility to work within standardized,
