Day shift is Monday - Friday, 7:15AM-4:00PM, and night shift is Monday - Thursday, from 4:00PM-2:00AM.Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, this role operates CNC machines safely and efficiently, ensuring products are manufactured accurately and orders are completed on time.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Interpreting production orders, part specifications, material grades, and technical drawingsReading and analyzing blueprints and schematics to guide machining processesProgramming, setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to meet customer specificationsAdjusting machine programs during production runs to maintain quality and efficiencyManufacturing routine and complex parts from raw materials with precisionUsing measuring tools, gauges,



and controls to ensure product accuracy and complianceFollowing work order instructions and understanding production sequencesSafely operating overhead cranes and pallet jacks to move materials and finished productsPlanning and prioritizing workloads to meet production deadlinesMaintaining CNC machines and ensuring a clean and organized work areaCompleting production documentation and routing finished products appropriatelyRecording production data, including time, quantities, and operations in system terminalsAbout YouTo qualify, you will need a minimum of 2+ years of CNC machining experience and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. A background in machine shop environments, particularly with lathe experience, will also be essential.Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:Journeyman Machinist ticket (equivalent experience considered)General knowledge of products and services within the oil and gas industryUnderstanding of safe work practices, quality assurance standards, and Lean Manufacturing principlesExperience operating measuring tools, gauges, and shop equipmentAbility to safely operate material handling equipment such as overhead cranes and pallet jacksAs our ideal candidate, you will possess strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to stay focused in a production-driven environment.
