supervision and site operationsEnsure a clear and structured handover between shiftsTechnical SupportAssist with diagnostics, maintenance and repairs when requiredEnsure work is completed according to quality standardsIdentify mechanical issues that could impact equipment availability or operationsSupport the team in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issuesHealth and SafetyEnsure compliance with all health and safety proceduresPromote secure work practices within the teamIdentify potential hazards and take appropriate corrective actionContribute to a strong safety culture on siteJob RequirementsStrong experience in heavy-duty or mining equipment maintenancePrevious experience as a Team Lead, Lead Hand or Supervisor is a strong assetStrong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExperience working in a mining or heavy industrial environmentAbility to coordinate priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and team communication skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisions in the fieldStrong commitment to health and safetyAbility to work a FIFO 14/14 night-shift rotation
