This position is an addition to their team, signifying their continued growth.Shift schedule: 7 am – 7 pm and 7 pm – 7 am with a 2‐week rotation. Immediate vacancy.Compensation and benefits: $75,000 to $85,000 base salary with advantages upon start; RRSP match after three‐month probation; quarterly bonus after three‐month probation; team events and outings.Experience and Qualifications2 to 3 years Production Supervisor experience focused on daily workflow based on production needsStrong ability to train, lead,



and develop a team of 30+ employeesSafety‐minded with a preventative mindsetExperience in 5S and Lean ManufacturingCounterbalance forklift and crane experience an assetProficiency with MS Dynamics and ExcelResponsibilitiesMonitor the smooth and timely flow of production to ensure a quality product is delivered to the customerMaintain a high level of plant, machine, and personnel safety under GMP and SOP guidelinesManage, train, and develop a productive, efficient, and competent molding production team to achieve scheduled requirements in a safe, team‐based environmentEstablish and ensure the achievement of performance targetsReport and communicate results, incidents, and issues in a concise and timely mannerLead operations in continuous improvement initiatives, such as 5S and Lean ManufacturingFollow and comply with the proprietary management system
