We offer flexible work hours and hybrid work arrangement options to help balance the competing demands of work and personal life.ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and provide senior oversight for field programs, including well drilling operations, installation of monitoring wells, soil and groundwater sampling/monitoring, and geological logging.Design, oversee, and interpret complex hydraulic tests, including slug, recovery, and pumping tests, to assess aquifer properties.Lead and manage hydrogeological investigations for various projects, including those related to landfills.Lead the assessment, design, and monitoring for dewatering projects.Lead, design, oversee and manage environmental site assessments and remediation projects.Manage, interpret, and analyze complex hydrogeological data using groundwater flow models.Lead the preparation of high-quality technical reports, work plans, and proposals.Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.Mentor and develop junior hydrogeologists and technical staff.Contribute to business development activities,
