Our client, a top Canadian bank, is hiring an Account Manager, Commercial Banking Agriculture for Southwestern Ontario.Reporting to the Associate Vice President – Agriculture, Ontario, the Account Manager, Commercial Banking Agriculture will manage a portfolio of clients and provide client support within the agribusiness community.RESPONSIBILITIES:Implement business development strategies to ensure sustained growth in agriculturePerform analyses of your protfolio to identify oppportunities for clients' changing needsEstablish trust-based relationships with colleageus and collaborate with your teamNegotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clientsUnderstand the general issues specific to the various agriculture production sectorsParticpate in targeted industry activities to generate contacts and grow your networkDESIRED PROFILE:Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in banking and credit indsutry is an assetAptitude for sales and business developmentConfident, independent thinker and self-motivatedKnowledge and involvement in the agriculture industry
