and dealership leadership to improve the overall customer experience Identify opportunities to grow the department and strengthen long-term customer relationships What Success Looks Like Revenue and profitability targets are achieved and exceeded Expenses are carefully and responsibly managed Technicians remain productive, engaged, and supported Employees want to stay and grow with the dealership Customers trust the team and recommend Country Ford Wilkie Customer satisfaction results remain consistently strong The department runs efficiently, safely, and with a little FFUN What We're Looking For Previous leadership or service management experience Automotive, powersports, agricultural, heavy-duty, or other motorized vehicle experience Strong financial and operational understanding A proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Comfort working with service management software and performance reporting Hands-on mechanical knowledge is considered an asset A valid Class 5 Saskatchewan driver's licence What we offer: Competitive salary plus bonus structure!
