As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our team and reach new heights.We are currently seeking a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Stratford, Ontario. You will play a key role as an essential contributor to our operations.ResponsibilitiesPerform regular maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment such as HVAC systems and appliances.Diagnose and perform repairs efficiently, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.Respond promptly and effectively to urgent service requests to minimize inconvenience for residents.Maintain accurate records of work performed,
