We are hiring our first Practice Development Associate, a hybrid role that combines outbound business development, client-service coordination, and internal process improvement.You will help grow the practice, keep our existing clients well-served, and drive the internal efficiency work that lets a lean team punch above its weight. It is a genuine build role with a clear path toward Practice Manager or a licensed advisor track.What you'll ownBusiness development — outbound outreach to incorporated business owners, LinkedIn-driven growth of our Profit to Prosperity newsletter, and booking qualified discovery meetings for the principal advisorClient service — coordinating existing client review meetings, managing the advisor's calendar, meeting prep, and CRM disciplinePractice operations — auditing our tech stack, building documented processes, and driving efficiency improvements across the firmCommunity presence — representing our firm at Association events, Ottawa Board of Trade functions, and chamber gatheringsHow the role is rewardedCompensation is a competitive base salary plus meaningful performance-based variable pay.
