BCES Global is seeking an experienced Fabrication and Shop Supervisor to lead our fabrication shop. This is a working supervisor role with approximately 75% hands-on fabrication and 25% coordination and leadership.You are a senior fabricator or shop foreman known for guidance and training in the shop. You will oversee daily shop operations, coordinate schedules, translate drawings into fabrication plans, review design concepts, and mentor fabricators while maintaining safety and quality
