Job Title: Working Site Superintendent/ Supervisor, ICI ConstructionSalary: $35/hour- $47/ hour plus overtimeLocation: Belleville & Eastern OntarioJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeYou are expected to:Be on site every dayWork alongside your crewLead by example through presence and workmanshipBe respectfulcollaborate and support co-op studentsProjects consist of institutional renovations, clinics, and multi-level apartment builds where professionalism, patience, and safety discipline matter as much as productivity.You will typically manage 1-2 active sites at a time, occasionally more during peak institutional seasons.Standard work hours are 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, averaging 44 hours weekly, with Fridays often finishing by lunch.
