We offer a short-term in-hospital program that assesses and treats people with dementia-related behaviours that can put themselves or others at risk.Job SummaryThe Clinical Scholar Program (CSP) is a program that provides experienced nurses with leadership and mentorship opportunities in a Clinical Scholar role in the hospital. As a member of the Interprofessional Practice Team, the Clinical Scholar will mentor Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs), nurses working to upskill and current nurses' transition into the workforce. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary and leadership teams to develop, execute, facilitate and sustain scholarly nursing practice and exemplary patient care. The Clinical Scholar will report to the Manager and Interprofessional Practice Chief Nursing.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding coaching and support for new nursing graduates, IENs, nurses receiving upskilling and/or mentorship and other non-nurse mentees.Ensure nurses meet both organizational and professional standards by facilitating their integration into the clinical environment, working closely with clinical teams and providing comprehensive,
