Bus transportation to and from site is provided free of charge from several locations within the region.Mount Milligan promotes a drug and alcohol-free workplace and has adopted a zero-tolerance policy with respect to alcohol or unauthorized drugs on site.About The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an Technician, Mine Drilling to join our Mount Milligan Mine (MTM)



operations site.This role operates on a rotation of 14 days on / 14 days off at a 12-hour daily schedule with camp accommodations provided.Reporting to the Mine Operations Supervisor, Mine Drilling Technician will be responsible for operating mobile drilling machines in a safe and responsible manner. The operator must also clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by policies and procedures.Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited ToAssist with the operational integrity of the Mining department as required to achieve safety, environmental, quality, costs, production, and continuous improvement targets.Perform pre-shift and post-shift safety inspections and complete daily equipment reports.Report unsafe mechanical conditions to a supervisor.Maintain positive housekeeping practices on equipment.Follow established traffic patterns avoiding road hazards and other hazardous conditions.About YouThe following will be critical to successfully perform this role:2 or more years experience running heavy equipment.Attention and compliance to established safety rules and guidelines is paramount.Ability to stay alert and pay attention to detail during all hours and weather conditions encountered during a shift.Ability to safely climb and access equipment,
