We are seeking skilled foster caregiver(s) (single or coupled) to reside in an agency-owned home and provide care for up to four (4) youth with complex needs—helping them remain in their local community while working toward family reunification.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day care, supervision, and a nurturing home for up to four (4) youth.Support youth to stay connected to school, community, and routines.Collaborate with the care team to promote safety, stability, and well-being.Participate in care planning with in-home clinical supports and your foster resource worker.Qualifications & RequirementsHold a degree or diploma in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or a related social service discipline (preferred)Professional experience working with children and youth with complex needs an assetReady to work as a member of a teamSingle or coupled.
