We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Civil Project Coordinator to manage and oversee all aspects of our ongoing heavy civil construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, ensure timely completion, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to align and execute project components according to schedule, scope, and budget.Essential ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of heavy civil construction projects, including earthworks, road construction, utilities, and drainage systemsWork closely with project managers to monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocationManage communication between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of project tasksReview and interpret construction drawings, technical documents, and specifications to ensure all work complies with project requirementsPrepare and track progress reports, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentationEnsure that all work activities are completed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsPerform site visits to monitor progress, verify work quality, and resolve any issues on-siteMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including material and equipment trackingAssist in the preparation of tender documents, subcontracts, and purchase ordersProvide support to project teams by facilitating meetings, ensuring proper documentation, and tracking project milestonesQualificationsMinimum 3‐5 years of experience in project coordination within the heavy civil construction industryStrong knowledge of heavy civil construction processes, including road construction, earthworks, utilities, and drainageProficiency in using project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to read and interpret construction drawings,
