Reporting to the Preconstruction & Estimating Director, this role supports the estimating team by utilizing standardized processes and tools to deliver accurate project scopes, cost estimates, and meet deadlines. The Senior Estimator interprets tender documents and communicates clearly with internal teams and industry partners to ensure successful project outcomes.Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to SiteLead and mentor team: Guide junior estimators and oversee the estimating processPrepare accurate estimates: Complete detailed cost estimates, including labor, equipment, and overheadsAssess risks and opportunities: Identify constructability issues, cost-saving strategies, and competitive advantagesManage bid process: Oversee bid closings and ensure subcontractor scopes and pricing are accurateDevelop schedules and scopes: Create preliminary construction schedules and subcontractor scopes for planningThe Right Tools for the JobEducation: Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; Gold Seal Certificationand LEED/LEAN experience are assets.Experience: 10–12 years of combined field and estimating experienceExperience:
