Infrastructure also provides accommodation services and manages a large portfolio of owned and leased facilities while maintaining fiscal accountability and optimizing value for Albertans.This position is a key contributor to the support services of the department's Project Procurement Specialists (PPS) in support of the department's procurement function. To be effective, the position performs daily administration of operational and administrative functions for tender services. This ensures the efficient and effective operation of the Procurement Section within the parameters of the current business plan, mandate and tendering practices of Alberta Infrastructure.The primary responsibilities for the Project Procurement Specialist Support include, but are not limited to:Running/completing message analyzers to determine if emails are received on time; forwarding to the applicable manager for confirmation of late statusOverseeing/responding to requests from the Procurement Support, Tender Administration, Procurement Services and Back up to Contract Review Committee mailboxesPosting notices on the Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC) website for external postings and
