We are recruiting for an Area Manager to lead a five-site recycling operation in Canada. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of operations leadership experience. • Manage operational performance for five recycling facilities • Mentor Plant Managers to drive productivity improvements • Lead reviews of P&L; statements and budget forecasts • Monitor overall plant effectiveness and labour management • Initiate continuous improvement processes across sites

Requirements: • 10+ years in operations leadership roles • Proven track record in managing multiple facilities • Robust grasp of financial and operational management • History of enhancing safety and efficiency • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
