You will also act as a key financial leader and business partner to internal teams, enabling and shaping decision-making while driving financial and operational performance across the organization.What You Will DoOversee monthly accounting activities and financial statement preparationLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysisMonitor cash flow, margins, costs, and key performance indicatorsLead, coach and develop the finance team, fostering accountability,
