You will help align the front-of-house team on driving sales, delivering an exceptional guest experience rooted in warmth, authenticity, and genuine hospitality, maintaining strong service standards, and ensuring daily service operates efficiently and effectively.As the Front of House Supervisor, you will support the General Manager with caffè presentation, menu execution, service flow, and guest relationship strategies. Your daily presence on the floor will allow you to coach associates in the moment, share insights that improve performance, and ensure shift communications are clear, timely, and consistently cascaded throughout the team.To succeed in this role, you are willing to lead by example and with integrity, collaborate, remain composed under pressure, and be results-oriented. You will support daily front-of-house management, including service standards, productivity, food safety, cleanliness, and quality execution.Our team mission is passionately conveying the vision of Giorgio Armani.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum three (3+) years of experience in a similar food & beverage or front-of-house role with at least 1+ year of supervisory, shift lead, or team lead experience, preferably in luxury food & beveragePost-Secondary degree preferred; Must have or be able toobtain active certifications such as: FoodSafe Level 1 and Serving It RightMust be legally eligible to serve and sell alcohol in British Columbia and able to obtain and maintain a valid Serving It Right certification where required by the roleExcellent communication (verbal & written) skills and the ability to influence partners, coach associates, and motivate direct reportsProficiency with Office programs,
