Caspian One has partnered with a forward thinking and exciting AI Start Up looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join their delivery ecosystem, with a strong preference for engineers based in Toronto or the surrounding region.This role sits at the intersection of engineering, client delivery, and real world problem solving. You will be responsible for taking AI solutions from concept through to production, working closely with customers on-site to integrate systems, navigate complexity, and ensure successful adoption.This is not a research role. It is a hands on delivery position focused on building, deploying, and scaling AI solutions that solve tangible business problems.What You Will Be DoingDesigning and deploying AI driven workflows using large language models (LLMs) and agent based architecturesWorking directly with client systems to connect, map, and contextualise distributed data sources without heavy data ingestionBuilding context layers that reflect business rules, proprietary data, and operational processesDeveloping production ready solutions that integrate with existing enterprise environmentsCollaborating with clients through the full lifecycle, from initial use case definition through to deployment and adoptionHandling complex delivery scenarios including change management, stakeholder alignment, and technical challengesSupporting rapid delivery cycles, typically delivering working solutions within 6 to 12 weeksContributing to ongoing expansion by identifying additional use cases and opportunities within existing clientsEnsuring solutions meet defined service levels where managed applications are requiredWorking closely with distributed teams and partners across North America and internationallyWhat They Are Looking ForProven experience delivering AI or Agentic AI solutions into production environmentsStrong experience working with large language models, agent based systems,
